Carolyn burping Nicholas. The splint on her arm is there because she injured some tendons in her arms trying to nurse them while still in the hospital. We clearly don't want an injured mamma, so now she expresses. The boys get the benefits of breastmilk, Carolyn isn't always nursing someone, and Kate and I get to feed them -- so this is really much better for everyone.
